Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing from Leader (trading name of Mall 55 Ltd).
We take pride in the quality of our educational content and agency services. Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, our refund policy is strict. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Mentorship)

All sales of digital products are final.
By purchasing any of our digital courses, mentorship programs, or accessing our private community, you are purchasing “digital content” that is supplied immediately.

Waiver of Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have a right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days.
HOWEVER, by purchasing our digital content, you expressly agree to the following:

  1. You consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., immediate access to the videos/community).
  2. You acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the digital content, you lose your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.

Therefore, no refunds are offered once login details have been generated or sent to your email address.

3. Services (Company Formation & Agency Work)

For “Done-For-You” services, including but not limited to UK Company Formation, Account Verifications, or Agency Submissions:

  • No Refunds: Once the service has commenced (e.g., we have reviewed your data or submitted a filing to Companies House), no refunds will be issued.
  • Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to government bodies (Companies House) or third-party platforms on your behalf are non-recoverable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is “No Refunds,” we may consider a refund request at our sole discretion ONLY in the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Non-Delivery: You paid for the product but, due to a technical error on our end, never received access credentials or the download link, and our support team failed to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

To request a refund under these technical exceptions, please email [email protected] with your Order ID.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take fraud and “friendly fraud” (purchasing a product, consuming it, and then filing a dispute) very seriously.

  • If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider (via Lemon Squeezy) claiming “Item Not Received” when our access logs show you have logged in, we will submit your access logs, IP address, and this agreed-upon policy as evidence to your bank.
  • Any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our platform, community, and all future services.
