Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing from Leader (trading name of Mall 55 Ltd).
We take pride in the quality of our educational content and agency services. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a clear 14-day refund policy on our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Mentorship)

We want you to be fully satisfied with our educational content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of our digital courses and mentorship programs within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • How to claim: If you decide the content is not for you, simply email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, including your Order ID. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Loss of access: Upon issuing the refund, your access to all course materials, private communities, and mentorship platforms will be immediately revoked.

3. Services (Company Formation & Agency Work)

For our “Done-For-You” services, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to change your mind and cancel.

  • Immediate Commencement: By purchasing, you expressly request and consent to us beginning the work (such as reviewing your data or preparing filings) within your 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Cancellations within 14 Days: If you choose to cancel within the 14-day window after we have already commenced work, you will be issued a refund minus a proportionate amount for the work we have already performed up until the point you notified us of cancellation.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Any fees already paid to government bodies (e.g., Companies House) or third-party platforms on your behalf are strictly non-recoverable and will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Fully Completed Services: Once the requested service has been fully completed by us, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Outside 14 Days)

Outside of your standard 14-day cooling-off period, all sales are final. However, we will process refunds beyond the 14 days ONLY in the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Non-Delivery: You paid for the product but, due to a technical error on our end, never received access credentials or the download link, and our support team failed to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

5. Statutory Rights (The Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content or services provided to you are technically faulty, completely broken, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or an applicable refund regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact support immediately if you experience technical faults.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to excellent customer service and have a generous 14-day refund policy in place to ensure you purchase risk-free.

We kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected] to resolve any issues or request your refund directly before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

If a chargeback is initiated, we will dispute the claim with the payment provider by providing them with your activity logs, IP access history, and our correspondence. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who bypass our refund policy to file unjustified chargebacks from all current and future Leader services and communities.
