- We cannot guarantee approval by third parties (e.g., Companies House, Amazon, TikTok, or Stripe) if your personal details are flagged by their internal security systems.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, legal, and up-to-date identity documents.
4. Earnings Disclaimer (Important)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have a right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days.
HOWEVER, by purchasing our digital content, you expressly agree to the following:
- You consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., immediate access to the videos/community).
- You acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the digital content, you lose your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.
Therefore, no refunds are offered once login details have been generated or sent to your email address.

No refunds are offered once the service has commenced. If we have already submitted your details to Companies House or paid filing fees on your behalf, these costs are non-recoverable.
C. Chargebacks

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
